Streamlined Registration Workflow on Grampshub
Grampshub has updated its registration workflow to make getting started even smoother.
What’s New
The registration process now begins with email verification before plan selection. Here’s how it works:
- New users register with their email address on the Grampshub website
- A confirmation link is sent to verify the email address
- After clicking the confirmation link, users access the customer portal to select their preferred plan
- The checkout and subscription process then proceeds via Stripe as before
This replaces the previous flow where users selected a plan directly from the landing page before entering their email at checkout.
Benefits
The new workflow adds an upfront verification step that helps ensure email addresses are correct from the start, reducing potential friction with account access and communications. It also streamlines the experience for users who might want to explore plan options in the customer portal before committing to a subscription.
For Existing and New Users
Existing subscribers are not affected by this change. The customer portal continues to work as before, allowing users to manage their subscriptions, upgrade or downgrade plans, and create additional subscriptions for separate family trees if desired.
