New Customer Portal and Lower Prices on Grampshub
Just before the end of the year 2024, two notable updates went live on Grampshub: a brand new customer portal and lower subscription prices!
New Customer Portal
A redesigned customer portal is now available, offering a more straightforward way to manage Grampshub subscriptions. The portal can be accessed via the “Customer Portal” link on the Grampshub homepage (previously labeled “Subscription”). Key features include:
- Improved accessibility on mobile devices.
- Passwordless login via email using a “magic link.”
- Simplified management of multiple subscriptions under one account.
- Clear display of tree IDs for easy identification of individual instances.
Reduced Prices for Larger Plans
Grampshub has always been intended to be the easiest and most economical way to run Gramps Web, and thanks to the increasing number of Grampshub subscribers, it is possible now to reduce the subscription prices. The price for Clan drops by 13% and the one for Tribe by 17%:
- Clan: Now €7/month (was €8).
- Tribe: Now €10/month (was €12).
